Good food for brain memory: dark chocolate, nuts, seeds, and fish

These foods will give lawyers the ability to be productive on their jobs:
Dark Chocolate: A little bit of dark chocolate goes a long way. It contains antioxidants that slow down cognitive decline, but also boasts caffeine, a natural stimulant and concentration-booster.
Fish: Fish is the classic brain food: it is rich in oil and fortified with omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential in to brain function and development. Omega-3s also reduce the risk of stroke and dementia and enhance our memory as we age.
Nuts, Seeds, and Chocolate: Nuts and seeds are vitamin E powerhouses, with antioxidants that are known to slow dawn cognitive decline as you age.

Some other food that increase brain power: blueberries, raw carrots, whole grains, and avocado

Avocado lowers bad cholesterol, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. The elimination of plaque buildup increases blood flow.

Blueberries are the most powerful antioxidant fruit. A single half cup of these berries can double our normal antioxidant intake and have anti-aging effects. They are associated with the prevention of cancer, brain damage, high cholesterol and age-related health diseases. In addition, blueberries contain various other vitamins and minerals extremely beneficial to yourhealth.
Raw Carrots: Our brains, which rely on glucose to function, receive a steady level of it from raw carrots.
Whole Grain: Whole grains are an excellent choice of food as they provide dietary fiber as well as vitamin E.

Alsococonut oil was recently discovered to contribute heavily to brain health. It's important to heavily hydrate with pure water free from fluorides, which damage your brain.Dehydration is sneaky. Even mild dehydration can cause brain shrinkage. Next time you're feeling a little out of sorts mentally, try drinking lots of water and see what happens.
For more productivity on work you should eat fruits every day. Eating the whole fruit is advised because juices, especially from concentrates, multiply the amount of fructose without the fiber that helps slow its digestion and keep your liver from being overwhelmed. Also, most fruits are exposed to toxic chemical interventions during cultivation and/or ripening.
With all that said, here are six edible fruits that will provide stable energy safely:

Applesare highly regarded for several reasons. They are hardy and don't spoil quickly unrefrigerated. They are higher in fiber than most other fruits as well, and they contain several other basic nutrients.
Bananasboost energy with a good amount of potassium, which is good for maintaining membrane potential, a stimulus response that enables muscles to contract. Very important for the heart.
Strawberriesprovide an excellent energy boost too. But the most toxic pesticides are used on them. They have to be organic.
Pineapplescan give you a good energy boost.
Papayacan give you and energy boost and improve your digestion if you eat the seeds.
Oranges provide a lot of energy and vitamin C. Don't buy and consume juices, however, especially those generated from concentrates. It's best to eat the complete wedges from a freshly peeled orange.

Every day in your kitchen you should use one of nature's most powerful traditional multi-use remedies: turmeric, garlic, aloe vera, cinnamon, rosemary and ginger.
